Metro Style - Fresh Installed - Missing Many Things

Just installed a brand new forum Mybb. Upload the Metro Style and I ma getting this:

It seems to me that there's CSS files and such that aren't loading. Be sure you're uploading the correct files in the correct places. Attached are some files that should load but aren't. Perhaps try reuploading using your FTP program again.
