What is the average cost for turning my PSD into a design?

ok so I have just started work on a PSD for my forum, and I was wandering roughly what you would charge for this type of service? Obviously it depends on the complexity of the design. But I was wandering if you had a range? e.g a top level design costs x amount and a low level design costs y amount. Thanks in advance.

I pretty much only do custom work for at least $50 minimum and $300 max.. but if you already have a psd then I can probably code it for you at the $50 minimum as long as it's not too complex
