Recommend plugins image

Hello fellow. A few days ago bought the template "Sidereel" and I have a problem with. I trying to install some plugins that resize pictures in the post.

I installed the plugin "Highslide With nCode Image Resizer" and "nCode Image Resizer" but neither works for me. Would I recommend any plugin that you can resize images that work for this?
