Hi Dragoon,
Welcome to the community, i have seen your other posts and i'm happy you like my work. I also saw you would like a HTML / CSS site coded, if you head over to My Projects section and post the PSD or link to the PSD i am sure i will be able to do that for you relatively soon.
In that section please post any specific requirements or features you would like implemented in the design. I look forward to working with you in the near future.
