The simplest way to change the topic title so it stands out more is to edit global.css and edit the following css to suit your needs:

}Anything else will require extensive template editing. It's something that I can perhaps do an in depth tutorial in a few days time if you can wait.

Thank you very much for your help
Tried different options, working, one problem is the post title and usernames belongs to largetext. The usernames (about 10 of them are there in a page) are also highlighted as the post heading. Any way to exclude the usernames from this ?
In other way can I change the post title without affecting the usernames displayed ?
